We estimate that orders placed will ship within 72 hours, with the exception of preorders, which won't ship until date specified on preorder product page. Orders containing a preorder won't ship until preorder item is ready to ship.

We do not ship our products outside of the United States.

If you place an order and realize there was an error in the address, please contact us immediately at support@pandasaurusgames.com with the correction. We do not guarantee we will be able to update the address as the information is immediately sent to our warehouse upon checkout, and our Customer Support. Orders that have incorrect addresses are not eligible for replacements or refunds.

Return Policy:

Our policy lasts 10 days starting from the day your order is delivered. If more than 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unopened and in shrink wrap. Additionally, you must pay for the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse. Please contact us at support@pandasaurusgames.com to inquire if you are eligible for a return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within one week (7 days).

Sale items are not qualified to be returned and/or refunded.
